• We want our guests to truly get a sense of the area and that can only be done by staying for a minimum of two nights 

• We love animals however as we are a small bed and breakfast we do not allow pets to insure the comfort of all our guests

• While we love little ones, our space is best suited for adults only  - we do not have cribs,  high chairs, or other child friendly gear available

Cancellation and payment policies:

1. Guests will be charged the full amount at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations are free of charge until 7 days before arrival, and the full amount will be refunded.

3. If cancelled within 7 days of arrival, guests will be refunded 50% of the total price.
